Methods Machine Tools has been approved by the CEAS, the Corporate Emergency Access System, as level C, critical industries. Level C is industries defined by the US Department of Homeland Security as being part of the National Critical Infrastructure.

A Critical Manufacturer is defined as having workers necessary for the manufacturing of materials and products needed for medical supply chains, transportation, energy, communications, food and agriculture, chemical manufacturing, nuclear facilities, the operation of dams, water and wastewater treatment, emergency services, and the defense industrial base.
