Methods to Host Advanced Milling and High Speed Machining Expo March 29th and 30th

Event is designed to demonstrate and educate attendees on

Methods Machine Tools, Inc. (www.methodsmachine.com), a leading supplier of high performance machine tools and automation solutions, will be hosting a two-day hard milling and high speed machining expo on March 29^th and 30^th from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. featuring seminars, machining demonstrations and workshops at the company’s corporate showroom and technical center, 71 Union Avenue Sudbury, MA. The event will enable attendees to explore advanced techniques in hard milling and high speed machining, as well as methods to optimize existing machine tools for higher productivity and profitability. Attendees will also learn how even small process improvements can significantly increase performance and cost savings. The expo is ideal for programmers, machine operators, shop owners and managers, manufacturing engineers, or anyone interested in taking their hard milling and high speed machining to the next level.

Two educational presentations will be featured, including application examples and case studies, machines, tools, tool holders, software and programming techniques that together play a critical role in improving advanced machining, to maximize the use of current machine tools in order to speed-up production and lower costs.

In addition, live machining demonstrations will include the YASDA PX-30i 5-Axis Multi-pallet VMC, H-40i 5-Axis Multi-pallet HMC, YBM 640V3 3-Axis Jig Borer, YBM Vi40 5-Axis Jig Borer and YBM 9150V 3-Axis Jig Borer; FANUC RoboDrill VMC and FEELER HV-800 VMC.
