Completed at the Methods Precision Center in Acton, Mass., this demonstration highlights Methods Engineering and the sub-micron capabilities of YASDA machining centers. Surface finish results: Average Ra: 0.3 µinch Average Rz: 5.2 µinch This workpiece was completed the YASDA YMC650 on (1) machine setup, with no secondary operations. This final piece came right off the machine.
